You'll join the Adecco Group's global End User Experience & Adoption team being part of the IT & Digital organization, where we're putting AI at the heart of how 50,000+ colleagues work every day. We lead the Enablement and Governance of the Group's EverydayAI tools — Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Agents — helping people work smarter, streamline their daily tasks, and get the most out of their digital workplace. 

As an apprentice, you'll be part of the action: shaping how we communicate AI to employees, creating content and campaigns that drive engagement around Copilot, and exploring how Copilot Agents can transform the way teams collaborate. Your main tasks will be:

- Create communication content (stories, campaigns, visuals, short videos) engaging which modernizes our image and increases visibility of our AI-adoption initiatives (promote our services and AI tools across the GBUs)
- Support story-led launches and adoption campaigns (internal newsletters, Viva Engage/Teams posts, success stories).
- Help build and animate an internal community / influencer (champions) network.
- Use Copilot and other AI tools hands-on for content creation, measuring engagement and impact.
- Support general communication & marketing activities of the team.

- Bachelor's or Master's level (Bac+3 to Bac+5)

- Strong written and visual communication skills; creativity and storytelling
- Comfortable with modern content tools — video editing, design (e.g. Canva/Adobe), social/collaboration platforms
- Curiosity and ease with AI tools (Copilot, generative AI) — a "Gen Z" digital-native profile
- Proactivity, and a collaborative team spirit
- English required; French a plus
